The staff offered excellent customer service at the front office. they were responsive even though i do not speak japanese. the location is excellent. It allowed easy access to many places.

The bedroom was cramped. the bathroom was super small. It was difficult to manage. the hotel didn't provide complimentary water bottles.

The location was wonderful. A short, covered walk led directly to the station. I appreciated the self-service check-in and check-out. It was efficient and smooth. The staff were helpful when I needed assistance, answering all my questions with patience.

The water pressure was a bit inconsistent at times, fluctuating between low and strong.

The bed was excessively firm. It felt more like sleeping on a board. The pillow was also very thin, offering little support. The room lacked bottled water. This was a problem when I arrived late and needed a drink.
